I am better then good when it comes to grilling but it will be way to hot this weekend to do any major grilling...

Yes, I am pretty good. This weeked it's going to be pretty basic though, I have some chicken thigh quarters that I will use for Jerk Chicken and I have some thick-cut pork chops that I will grill with a rum sauce.

I will probably grill a couple of strip steaks that i bought the other day . not because it is labor day weekend but just because I just got into grilling steaks and i am too lazy to go to the store ..... i am kind've sick of steak right now though .....
