What is Web Site Production and what is the difference between web site production and web designer?

There is really no difference, it's kind of like a difference in the users wording like a
Domestic Goddess, and Housewife. both are basicly the same.
The only real difference could be as simple as a Web Site Production could offer Domain service as well as Web Hosting , while on the other side a Web Designer may only design web sites PERIOD.
