I would think almost certainly yes. When my sister died, I am sure that we were given the results of the post mortem, even though it was obvious what had killed her.

As the widow, (sorry for your loss) you are entitiled to a copy of his post mortem report, and any medical information. The right to privacy ends at death.

Yes. I was able to get a copy of my mother's post mortem report when she died. I received it with the death certificate.

Yes. Call the county coroner's office. They will charge a small administrative fee.

Absolutely. Unless it has been sealed because it is involved in an ongoing investigation, it is a public record. You just have to figure out who to ask for it.

In some states you can have it, but I can't say for sure that you can have it in all the states. No harm in asking.
