The vast majority of Chicago cops I've encountered and people I know have encountered are lazy and useless; the only thing they seem to do is write tickets. >=( Plus, there are so many people that will cry racism, etc. to get out of trouble so when the few that do make efforts actually stop someone they can get in trouble or put in a bad light for it. So, in the end, if you don't live in a rich neighborhood or a ghetto that can get media attention thanks to loudmouth preachers, priests, etc. you are screwed. D8<

Reasonable force, of course. They don't fool around, but maybe a little quick on the trigger sometimes. But they are lousy shots. My son is a Corrections Officer and can probably out shoot most of the police. (Nevada)
