let erin be X
let warren be Y

x = 3y

X+4 = 2(Y+4)

Solve for each:

3Y + 4 = 2(Y+4) ============> 3Y+4 = 2Y+8 ============> Y=4

therefore x=12

Erin is 12 warren is 4
