I am an Aquarius. Born on the 13th of Feb. I know there are different types of Aquarians as there are with other zodiac's. I have since forgotten (10 plus years since) I read about the eastern signs, and my year and month fall dead on with what the western zodiac says about Aquarians.

Many people don't actually know this, but the water being poured from the vase, in the usual icon, actually isn't water, its energy (hence the three squiggly lines). Aquarians are said to bring energy and hence life.

I'm going to quote the other statements as being verified by me because they are true:

I'm Aquarius and just fell out with a friend whose Aquarius so I can say first off that there are two types that I know of. I'm the shy and very sensitive type. There are others, like my ex-friend, who are emotionally detached, straightforward, and sometimes too blunt. My stepdad is Aquarius also and is a mix of both. I've run across both types and can honestly say that the second types, are NOT the ones to go to if you need consoling or comforting because they'll come off as not caring because they don't like to deal with "emotions" that much. Almost all Aquarians are goofy as hell, diverse, friendly (for the most part), weird in a loveable way, stubborn, opinionated, hate people that brag, and will stick by their true friends no matter what. I'm extremely loyal to my best friend and she's called me at three o'clock in the morning crying. When she does I don't even ask what's wrong. I just say "I'm on the way." We love our friends and we never forget when they've been there for us. I still thank my best friend for things that she's stuck by me for that happened years ago. Fashionable speaking, we like to stick out and while there are a few that actually follow the latest trends, most like standing out from the crowd and setting their own trends. The bad aspects....we can hold grudges like you wouldn't believe. If someone hurts me really bad I will never forgive them and have completely cut people off for doing so. When we are passionate about a topic we'll stick to it tooth and nail although most will try to see things from a different point of view. It's hard to change our minds once we make it up about something though. I can't speak for all on this but I'm horrible with money and managing it. It goes out just as soon as it comes in and that's the same for my ex-friend and my stepdad. Procrastination is also a huge problem. I put things off until I absolutely HAVE to do them. I think it's because I get bored very very very easily. Oh yeah, most of us are intelligent and I say most because Paris Hilton and Bobby Brown are both Aquarians. We can totally be the life of the party - talking to everyone and having fun, but if you put us in a room with one or two people we tend to panic. Yes they like to much freedom and they love freedom they are very very social and intelligent but find it very hard to settle because they love being free and being in social things even when in a relationship then need to be like this. They seem unattached and dont show to much emotion
