1) The technology already exists 2) All I am missing are computer programmers & electronic engineers to put them together 3) I've researched most types of electronic engines and this is completely original.

The legal part isn't important I know the whole thing about getting that, I just don't get how I can "partner" with talent that I can express my invention to so that I can get some traction. Do i have to call Boeing or something Jebus.....help me. I mean, i honestly don't know if it will work, but it makes sense and is totally original.

Is it better than the current electric driven cars?

Does it use storage batteries?

Does it have a power generator to make power as you drive?

Develop the idea and file a patent. Once you have the patent applied for, you should be covered and then you can shop it around and look for people who may interested.
