Under "Copy Ratio", usually. That's where you can enlarge your original.

If you are copying on a copy machine, look for the "scale" or "enlarge" button or option.

If you have the image in a document, right-click it and select "format picture" or "format object." You should see a size tab. Click it.
On the left side click to maintain ratio.
At the top, indicate how large you want it, example 4" wide
Then, tab to the height
Height will automatically change commensurate with width
that's it.

You sure have gotten some screwed up answers, anyway there is usually an enlarge feature and it shows this in percentages, usually on the left, maybe under a door. If it gives you the x y enlarge that is referring to the height and width of the document. Most are just in percentage increments though. Good luck
