Hearst Castle, Big Sur, 17 mile drive near Pacific Grove, Pacific Grove, Montery Bay Aquarium, Steinbeck Museum in Salinas, Santa Cruz Beach/Boardwalk, Steamer's Lane in Santa Cruz, Ano Nuevo State Beach, Winchester Mystery House in San Jose, Mavericks (famous surfing spot) in Half Moon Bay, Fort Funston (hang gliding off of 100 foot cliffs above the beach) in San Francisco.

wow there is lots of things to do, disneyland down towards LA. The Winchester house somewhere in the middle, Monterey Aquarium is super nice. jeez it all depends on the time you have available i guess
