They of course take their pay claims to a vote, with loads of them saying that it is scandalous and then voting for a massive increase in pay and expenses.

Then they tell prison officers that they can have 2.5% and space it out so that it works out as less that 2%. They do the same for nurses, teachers and the police. The reason given is keeping down the inflation that they have created!

It will be very interesting to see what they vote themselves next time & in the words of a film I saw recently "Don't piss down my neck & tell me it's raining"!

actual at present MPs pay awards come from an independant physique. So once you're actually not suggesting one would desire to be set up, you're actual calling for one to be a physique. MPs tend to rubber stamp the findings of this physique while it provides them a good upward push. they don't make up respectable pay rises out of skinny air. human beings shouldn't get so would up with issues that it prevents them checking the element.

No
But if they work for Blackwater or a Carlyle subsidiary then they don't care. These mercernaries get paid much more than US military MP's and they answer to no one except their commanders, who answer to their CEO's who answer to no one, not even congress or the president.

They most certainly do not. They receive a "flat rate" and it comes from Parliament.

You can write to your local MP and your letter would be transferred to most likely his / her private secretary who would answer on behalf of your Minister.

Yes they do, in a roundabout way. i.e, if the chief civil servants don't give them what they want, the gongs don't materialise for years of faithful service. Am I cynical ? Yes.

The Military Police are regular soldiers and receive regular soldier pay.

If your abbreviation is for something else, maybe you should say what it means as this is an international forum.
