Why are the Republicans sticking their head in the sand and refusing to see the truth about Bush?

Over and over again I read about the criminal things Bush has done, how he has lied to the people and stolen money from the government. The economy is terrible, unemployment is way up and wages are way down. Everytime he opens his mouth a lie comes out and there are people out their who think he is a God. What is wrong with you people?

Ill name a single law he has broken - he authorised the use of depleted uranium weapons throughtout Iraq and the subsequent failure to clean up afterwards
The whole of the middle east and europe were subjected to levels of uranium greatly increased throughout the "shock and awe" campaign - evidence provided by UK MOD nuclear storage facilities which are legally oblidged to report increased levels to the Government and public - regardless of the source (it was meant to protect the public in case of a leak from the facility but has kind of backfired as they didnt come clean until someone leaked the documentation).
This contravenes the position of 1. The UN and 2. The US itself regarding clean up and exposure of non combatants to toxic material as a result of non-conventional weapon usage.

That my friends makes him a war criminal under the Geneva convention - to which the US is a signatory.

Never mind lies to congress/US public/ Abuse of powers to appoint and protect his dubious buddies.

If you dont prosecute him the rest of the world may do it for you.

"If the economy remains strong" I can hardly stop laughing , The US $ is in the worst shape in my lifetime (35 years) , you have record unemployment, your financial markets are so screwed that they are dragging down the rest of the world - oh yes and GM are shutting down some factories today because they recognise what a state the economy is in - why cant you?

Name a single law he's broken. The only possible lie I'm aware of is the one where he said Rumsfeld wouldn't resign, but I can forgive him that. That was political timing. Other than that, what's the lie you're referring to? The economy is booming, unemployment is running at unprecedented lows and the deficit has been cut in half, likely to go back into the black in the next couple of years if the ECONOMY REMAINS STRONG. It's tough to pay the bills when you're coming out of a Bill Clinton created recession. So what the blazes are you talking about?

Theft
The economy being Bush's fault.

Because DENIAL is one of their most prominent characteristics. Take for example Richard "I" M. "not-a crook" Nixon's "war on drugs." Over three decades since they declared it yet HARD DRUGS are MUCH cheaper and more pure and more PLENTIFUL. Alas, marijuana --the LEAST HARMFUL-- is MUCH costlier.
