New York Mets- they have it all pitching defense and offense and Reyes is gonna steal like 100 bases this year if he gets on base with a single or a walk yoiu may as well call it a double cause that is where he is going to end up anyway.

The Los Angeles Angels. A team is as good as their pitching staff and the Angels have the best pitching staff in baseball. From Lackey to Escobar, their starters are solid and all have play-off experience. Their bullpen is lights out though. The 7th, 8th and 9th innings are covered by Justin Speirer, Scot Shields and Francisco Rodriguez and they own the NL West and most importantly the Yankees. Combine the power of Vlad and the speed of Chone, they are a good fielding team with a good manager and a lot of experience.

Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim
- They swept the Yankees at Yankee stadium and took 2 out of 3 last month at home
- They swept the detroit tigers at home
- They took 2 out of 3 at home from the red sox and took 2 out of 4 at Fenway Park
- They just swept one of the hottest teams in baseball in Seattle Mariners
They have a very deep team with utility players like Figgins, Aybar, Izturis, Quinlan, Willits, Morales etc. These guys have been holding up the team when the regulars like Figgins, Napoli and Matthews were injured.
THey have a solid pitching rotation with Lackey, Escobar, Weaver and Saunders...5th guy is Shaky but they have a capable starter off the bullpen named Dustin Moseley.
They have a rock solid bullpen with Bootcheck, Oliver, Shields and K-Rod
They play top notch defense too...this team is exactly like the 02 championship team. They put up run after run through base hits and playing small ball instead of waiting around for the big 2 or 3 run home run.

Angels. They utilize all their players tallents and don't rely on the bomb from 3 or 4 superstars. They pepper the fields with singles and doubles and have tremendous speed on the bases. Their pitching (less ervin santana) is at its best and is able to shut down most of the hottest lineups.
And, when they win, I'll be there.

Philles or Cubs
The phillies as i speak are beating the first place mets 5-0 and if they win they will have a 4 game sweep.
The cubs are one of the best teams out there they have speed and huge batters also they are leading there league.

My guess is whoever wins the AL Wild Card. Seattle and NY are both great teams with a bunch of momentum. I would love to see either team take it.
