In a way, it is dangerous. We played red rover when I was a kid, and I got hurt (not seriously, thank goodness) several times.

Are y'all clothes-lining the poor sucker who's charging into your line??? I don't remember any kind of danger or injuries from "Red Rover" when I was a kid.
...tried it once in college with a bunch of drunken college folk and okay ... maybe that WASN'T such a great idea.

It can be a little bit dangerous... I think there are more fun and mischievous games to play than that like ding, dong, ditch!

It's a total popularity contest. Tag should be outlawed too, it just makes life unfair for fat slow kids.

I played it in school and no one ever got hurt. But they banned it anyways because some kid broke an arm at another school in our area.
