Well smooth muscle is the stuff that controls your eyes so that wouldn't be it
Cardiac muscle is your heart and it doesn't get tired unless you have a heart attack
Your breathing muscle would just be your diaphragm and that doesn't get tired.
Skeletal muscle is the rest of the muscles in your body, anything that you control so that's really the only kind of muscle that gets tired ever.

Yes, skeletal muscle tires quickest, especially the fast-twitch fibers. Type IIb fast-twitch fibers fatigue the quickest, but they have the fastest contraction and possible generate more force than their slower counterparts.
