I went to the doctor, im 18 by the way, and i weight myself and it said 123lbs. I was happy because i've nerver gotten that far. But then she told me im under weight. And i've been trying to gain weight for a long time. And i eat a lot. I dont noe wat to do. And its not just gaining weight, i want to get buff. Is there ant protein supplement i can take or something.

just sit on your a$$ all day and eat. it really isnt that hard :)

do body building excercises so that protein has something to do or you will just poop it out. eating a lot with a fast metabolism doest do much. .

but weight training DOES!
just get some small free weights and build up your arms to start with since you need to have good arm strength anyway for normal living.

it wont just explode in growth. you will be able to see how its coming so you can't accidentally get too built up. I dont know why people worry about getting too big, when you say work out. Its just an excuse not to do anything

I would not try to gain weight. what you should do is do weight training to get buff.
you may be skinny now but if you try to gain weight now it will effect you when your older my sister was that way and see ate alot and now she is well lets not say fat but not skinny anymore. I on the other hand I was very thin and still am because I eat right and excercize every day.
all you need is weight training and maybe a powder for musle gaining from a vitamin store.

you dont want to gain weight by gaining fat. if youre eating alot already then work out cuz then you'll gain maybe 10 pounds of muscle tops in a year. go hit the weight room on a regular basis and youll start to notice a difference soon.

There are all kinds of "weight gainers" on the market to help build muscle weight. Some are good, lots are junk and its hard to know what to believe. I would recommend that you seek the advice of a professional nutritionist to discuss your goals. Good luck!

hi I'm a body builder and found it hard to put on pounds of lean muscle but the only safe way is a lot of protein and carbs lots of water and pump that iron hard also take in creatine.

well i say just smoke sum bud and you will get the munchies....

or there is a protein shake you can drink after you drink that you wait 5 min the start workn out for about 20-30 min every day or every 2 days

There is a product at GNC called WEIGHT GAIN. Combined with carbs and milkshakes you will be perfect...and gain more muscle too : )

it really depends on how tall you are, but just try and stay healthy, if you want to gain wait then avoid things that say LOW FAT or fat free... but dont get in the habit of drinking soda or junk food.
