i really want to get a job like in the like before the end of this year. and another thing, are parents allowed to leave their kids home if there under 13?

it depends where you live. where i live you can't get a jom until you're 12, but there are tight restrictions of type of job, hours, etc. and you need a parent's permission. When you're 14 you can get one freely but there are still a few restrictions on hours and products like alcohol and cigarettes (duh) and also no working in a convenience store. when you're 18 then you can work anywhere.

also, i don't think there is a law about leaving kids home; its up to the parent. if there is one, it is very poorly enforced.

Also note that all this stuff varies by region, so my labour laws could be very different than yours.

Yes. The employment lawas say that you cannot work until the age of 14, but you can work younger if it is doing something like modeling and you have to obtain a special permit then too. There are also conditions attached to those types of permits as well.

well here in Pennsylvania, you can get working papers at 14
but hours you can work are restricted. I'm not sure about
the age of leaving their kids home alone. I didn't leave
mine home alone until they were 15 or 16
