If i wanted to buy any electronics; like a mobile phone, is it safe? (Will the stuff work if it's a good price)? Has anyone got any past experiences of things not working please?

ebay is perfectly safe. Do a little research though. Read all the writing. I have bought and sold many things on ebay. I have easily spent five thousand dollars buying stuff on ebay. It's so much cheaper. I have bought about 5 cell phones.

Ebay is not safe because you don't know who is selling. I prefer buying at brand name stores, so you can make claims or use authorities in case of fraud. I bought my cell phone here:

If you have enough money to buy them, it is safe, but remeber, it also needs shipping and handling (some extra money), and you'd have to hope you win it on the highest price.
