Wash them in hot water then dry them. But keep in mind, they will not only shrink width wise, but also length wise too! & polo's don't really look good as belly shirts!

Honestly if you do find a way to shrink it, it won't be in the way that you want it to shrink. It'll just get shorter and wider. My advice is to check out the type of fabric that the shirts are made of and steer clear of it for now on!!! I mean unless it's cotton. You can't go wrong with cotton!
