teenager, teenager, teenagers!!! They are out of control especially when they have a car full of their friends. The other don't bother me.

Umm... My mom, teenagers, & OLD PEOPLE!

Simply because my mom & teenagers are always doing something on their cellphones whilst driving--texting &/or talking.
Also, while still a teenager myself, I hate to admit that I do have a tendency to speed just like a majority of other teenagers (& young adults)...
& old people.. Well, they're just too damn slow..

College students (they never seem to know where they are going)
the parents of college students when they visit/dropoff/pickup (they are worse than their kids)
people from larger cities (they don't use turn signals and stop short)
