A1 or a cheap but good knock-off brand of A1. I personally think Heinz 57 is nasty. Just my opinion though.

Heinz 57 is better, but you wouldn't hear me complain if I had a steak and some A-1 to go with it.

i absolutely hate A1. Hate the taste, hate the smell, hate how its runny. eww. my wife loves the stuff! i would rather have 57 if i use a sauce.
