Maybe because you forced it to happen too quick. You probably got something good that wasn't meant to be just yet. Let time do it's thing. Good things happen to those who wait. Good things happen to good people as well. Good does not always have to have consequences IF you just be patient and let things flow, the way they are supposed to flow.
