B is correct - if you begin with a capital letter and end with a period.

but

C is also correct - if you begin with a capital letter, spell "skating" correctly, and end with a period.

As a writer I would choose C as the answer. The run-on sentence is B. This is because of the word 'she.' We already know Angie is a girl, so why put she?

A) Is totally choppy because of the lack of punctuation. There should be a comma after work to show a slight pause.

C) Is correct because 'and' joins the two parts of the sentece together without the word 'she.' Skating is spelled incorrectly, but I take it that was a typo.

B and C are both correct.

A would be correct with a semi-colon after "work." It would be a run-on as it stands or with a comma after "work."

Note: Just because a sentence is not stylistically to one's liking, it is not necessarily grammatically incorrect.
