Get new batteries and try again! I listen to music or watch a Disney movie. Taking a nap sometimes helps if you can get to sleep and not dream! Some rigorous house cleaning works for me, too.

I run! Either that,or lay on my bed and listen to music.I made sure to re-do my room in a way that it's relaxing.
I think you should go in a place that's free from stress, and relaxing, where you can just sit and listen to your music or birds or something, and calm down.Somewhere peaceful
Or do something else that requires your full attention/concentration....likee...a video game.
It depends on how bad your news is,i suppose
Good luck =)

I'm not sure, I don't really hear bad news. Although the last time I got bad news, it upset me, so I just cried it all out. I'm still upset abotu it, but every night I just cry it out and eventually I'll fall asleep.

I usually go outside, work in my flowers or garden. If its winter, I usually just have to wait it out. I always worry about things to a point that I get that "duck's back" and let it roll off.
Sorry whatever the news was...

I go for a long, hard bike ride for an hour and a half. Then I can't think of anything else but the pain and I sweat out all of those nasty stress hormones.

Put some music when you get back from your walk and dance like a little girl. Just be goofy for a minute or two.

I got some terrible news yesterday. I found out that I either work out or clean obsessively when I get mad. Washing dishes or doing chores helps me take my mind off things

I like to watch a comedy. Anything that will make you laugh will help ease the pain. Sorry you're feeling bad.
