I'm trying to find a state in the US that allows both gay marriage and has the death penalty. Are there any?

Connecticut is the only state that allows gay marriages and has the death penalty. Other states have Gay unions.

The only state that allows gay marriage is Massachusetts and they do not allow the death penalty. Canada allows gay marriage and does not have the death penalty.

Washington. I noticed that someone said Mass. Not true. They haven't had the death penalty in over 20 years.
