Well, let's see, I go to school full time during the week, squeeze 32 hours of work in on the weekends, have two kids, and I live with a man who treats me more like a possession than a life partner...so, at this point I am merely existing until things get better for me.

I try to live my life to the fullest. Just existing is like copping out on the gift of life that all of us have been given. At 56 years old, I've done the "just existing" thing, and found it to be boring and depressing. Life offers us so very much, but it is truly up to us to go after it with a vengeance. Life just doesn't happen, we have to fuel the fire! Have a fantastic weekend! Annie

Sometimes it feels like I am just existing, sometimes I feel like I'm living. When it feels like I am just existing, I try to find the little joys of each day: a friendly smile, a shared smile/laugh, a pleasant conversation, or just spending time with someone who makes me happy and is happy to be around me. These things help me return to living.

I am pretty much just existing. I feel as if I am just passing through life and am doing nothing with it. I just would like to grow old, die, and meet my maker. I cant wait for that to happen, and I am only 24 years old. Just thinking about the amount of time I have left on this earth is enough for me to contemplate wanting to speed it along. Oh well, until then, I have to suffer like the rest.

In the relationship I'm in now, I'm just existing, like going through the motions with no spark or intimate contact, because she's not interested, despite my best efforts. Wish I knew what to do.

for the last few months i've just been existing because ive just left college and looking for work is my priority
once i get a job (got a promising looking interview on saturday!) i can start living my life properly again

at the moment im existing, I was living but work has taken over my life, but not for much longer, i agree with you. life is for living, have fun and enjoy it.
