my brother has a ex gf and according to her shes pregnant and my brother is the father but the problem is we r not so sure
about that ....shes tellin us that she`ll file a case if my brother ddnt take the responsibilty bec shes a minor. is it possble that my brother go to jail....were very worried for him

how old is your brother?? If he doesn't think it's his, he needs to file a paternity test as soon as the child is born. Age will play a huge deal in charges. Get her on tape saying those things...then it will be extorsion.

If she's a minor and he isn't, then yes he could go to jail. If they are both minors, no.
As far as your family not being so sure... once the baby is born, get a paternity test.
