my boyfriend is in Australia now. he's been obsessed with his swimming practices lately and I doubt if he's coming here to LA for me. He said he's been thinking of ending our relationship. It's very hard for me because I love him so much. On the other hand, I've been going out with this guy whom I met here in LA for almost 7 months now. He's one of the few friends I have here in LA. He knows my situation right now and he said he's willing to wait for me to forget my boyfriend. why is this all happening to me.. i hate it! ♥

Honestly, if you want a stranger's advice, you should end it with the Australian guy. If he's already thinking about ending it, it doesn't sound like there's much there. He's on 2 different hemispheres from you (eastern and southern). He's on the other side of the world, and is experiencing different seasons than you (Are you picking up on my metaphors?) If you truly love someone, let them go. If they come back to you, they're yours forever. If they don't, it was never meant to be.
As for the other guy, I don't think you should rush into a new relationship just yet. Don't let this guy just be a rebound for you, especially if he loves you. That's not fair to him. But, hey, it's your life, and it's your decision. Good luck.
Oh, and if you're looking for new friends in L.A., I'll be your friend! I know how hard it is to meet REAL people in this city. If not, that's cool. Again, good luck.

I'm so sorry you have to be in a situation like this. You love your bf but if he hasn't been showing that he loves you it's not healthy for you to be around him. This other you probably see something in him but Id stay friends because you still have feelings for your bf. Its all up to you, in the end no matter what happens the best advice I can give is "time heals".

I'd have to agree with the others who say feelings have to be mutual for it to work out. You need to address with the two people how you feel, and see if perhaps the one you love has the same feelings.
If they don't I would just put you and other people out of A LOT of heartbreak and confusion by staying single until you find someone you love who loves you back! :D

it is really up to you, if you know the guy you love is no longer in love with you, maybe it is time to do him and you a favour and move on. You did not say if you loved your friend, so that depends on your true feelings for your friend, if he is a friend and that how you want him to be, do not let him be hanging. I think it would be selfish of you to do that because you did not want to be alone. It is obvious that guy likes you. But hey, make a decision for you, because you are the one who has to live with it

You have to choose the one you love, and hope that your faith in that love will bring the right one who loves you. It is never easy, however you are young enough that love will come and go in your life. I wish all of life's choices were really this simple, too bad there not.
Sometimes we just have to forget what we know and follow our hearts. In the end, it is what will show you the happiness you are seeking.

You can only be with someone you love, but only if they love you in return. I suspect your boyfriend in australia doesn't love you and you don't love your new friend in LA. Perhaps it's time for a fresh start :-) Good Luck.

Well it happens because you put your self out there for your friend and you chose to stay in arelationship that is long distance. I'm not saying your wrong or tryin to be mean just bringing the facts to your attention. Believe me when I find myself in a tough situation usauly I put myself there.

This is not a question u should ask, ur heart would know when u really meet that right one, if u have to second guess urself then either men u love. we dont chose love, it just happends and we never know when or where its going to hit. some advice to you, search ur heart and it will guide you to ur destiny.

well id get he guy in LA this guys in australia he can cheat at anytime and has been thinking of breakin up well id beat him to the punch id go for LA guy!
