Lennon was a better lyricist and made a bigger impact, especially on today's music makers, if not listeners.
McCartney was more likable and a better all-around musician.
If I had to pick one for myself..... I'd take Lennon.

Starr was my favorite PERSON. But Lennon, McCartney and Harrison were all so incredible that I can't really compare them.

How can you single out just one of the beatles they all had different approaches on musical styles thats why they were so good. All brought qualities therefore no one can be singled out for being the 'best'
