I would talk to your doctor. You should be feeling something by now but don't panic, maybe you've got a super small baby that you can't feel yet.

Yes, your OK. People would always say I feel flutter but it never actually felt like flutter to me, more like gentle little taps. I started to feel it around 16 weeks and now at 23 weeks there are very much stronger. It's normal for a first time mom to go as long as 22 weeks before feeling movements. Your fine if your feeling the flutters. Congratulations!
23 weeks tomorrow, 1st baby

There are a lot of reasons why you may not feel those yet. I didn't feel KICKS until I was about 21 weeks. But I started to feel pops and flutters around 16 weeks. But my uterus sits higher up, closer to my belly button so it;s more to the surface. You'll feel those kicks soon enough, and then he'll kick you in the ribs and you'll wish you never asked to feel them! lol.
Enjoy and good luck.

Yes that's ok. If this is your first most moms dont feel their babies up until week 23. As long as your doctor has expressed no concern then you should be fine. :)

If this is your first, and you havent felt anything at all yet, then yes, it is normal.
Especially if you're heavy.
