For my 1st kid, I was about a month preg when I got morning sickness. Actually the morning sickness tipped me off that I was preg. The rest of my pregnancies was between 1-2 months when I started getting the telling signs

Usually after a month, you'll have missed a period.
The first month I had my period, but then the next month I didin't.
[Sorry if that's TMI]
Sore breasts, tired, maybe even feeling naseaus, those are signs of being pregnant.
If you really want to find out you can buy a pregnancy test, and it should let you know.

the signs of pregnancy and the signs of PMS are all the same, because they are all caused by hormones.
You get them all about the same time. 1 month pregnant, or the week you'd be on your period.
