If you left a person buried in snow, would they be alive after being thawed out??

The answer is no. When frozen, an animal's heart rate gradually slows down. The body operates at a certain temperature, and if that drops too low, the animal freezes to death. Organs begin to shut down, and the blood freezes slowly. Hypothermia then sets in, when blood cannot reach a certain area. The skin turns black and dies, and can develop a deadly infection known as Gangrene.

However, the Common Wood Frog has natural antifreezes in its body, and is able to live through freezing temperatures, and will survive after being frozen. But that doesn't mean you should try it....
Please don't freeze a frog! That's so sad!! =[

Definitely NOT! If you freeze any reptile/amphibian it will definitely DIE! no one should ever even CONSIDER freezing a animal first of all it is cruel and abusive and even if it did live it would need an EXTREME heat up! The guy ubove said there was a type of frog that can be frozen it can only be frozen for up to 3-4 days!

Odd as it sounds according to the Discovery Channel there is a species of frog that will freeze and then thaw and basically come back to life. I don't know what the frog is called but if it were me I would call it the Lazarus Frog...LOL LOL

not possible with a normal frog because their heart would stop, but i wouldnt be surprised if there was one special kind that could do that, sort of like that fish that can breathe air for like 5 years if theres a drought
