Dominant nation in decline (hit the thumbs down if makes you feel better, rabid patriots, doesn't change the facts though) - the capitalist war economy is looking increasingly dog eared and rough around the edges, and other nations are rising to dominance. Same thing happened in the Peloponese, it happened to the romans, and us Brits- it's actually the best thing that can happen to you- being the bad guy messes you up and its nice to take a breather...
...as for team america 'coming to the rescue' - you (along with all the above mentioned nations) have never done that unless its in your interests, either in terms of resources or leaving military bases behind. Come to Darfurs rescue (they got sod all worth having) and I will cheerfully take this comment back.

Its not all of America, just the 31.5% of the population (according to statistics about obesity in the US). Then again, its also the culture----in what other country is it considered "normal" to drive 3 blocks, drive around a parking lot for 15 minutes, just to find a parking spot right in front of the grocery store entrance rather than walking for 10 minutes total and not wasting gas?!

i'm not a fat *** either....i work hard and i care.....i'm not rich and i don't sit around eating McDonalds all day......why so much g*d damn hate....i'm sick of the rest of the world ridiculing us claiming that we are unintelligent and selfish and we don't care....we're just a power hungry monster.....people from all over the world come here and make a living and go to school.....please axplain to me why that is if we are so stupid......we built the best country in the world for everyone to prosper and have freedom and your saying dumb people did that......we are the most diverse country in the world so when your talking about an american you might as well be talking about the rest of the world also....people from every nation.

They should get off their fat @ss and get a job. I am getting tired of us having to pay for the poor people to get medicare, medicaid, food stamps while the whole time they make more babies just so they can collect more money. This is NUTS!
