I would spell it Amy. I like it that way the best.
I've known Amie, Ami, and Aimee, but I still like the traditional spelling the best.

My name is Amy and I like the spelling that way. Sometimes just for fun though or online I will spell it "Ehmee" which is my "Canadian-phonetic" version lol.
