I just watched some video from military.com of "insurgents" accidently blowing themselves up? stupid incompetent terrorists. For some reason they didn't plaster video of thier own accidents all over the website. Go figure.
This was followed by a foul mouthed loser kid who could control his parents minds to give him video games and make them talk like wiggers. I'm not sure what the point of this part was though. But the kid was happy that he got all his stuff for getting a D and his A student sister got mac and cheese and a hot dog, while foul mouthed johnny got a new laptop. If this stuff isn't subversive I don't know what the point of it is.

A terrorist flying a plane into the twin towers. Boy, did that one work, got 80% of Americans all up in arms. That has to be the best propaganda of all times. Unless of course you count the bombing of Pearl Harbor by the Japenese. That got Americans to comit to a World War. A wopper for sure!

Propaganda has been used in war since the beginning of war itself. There are three types of propaganda: white, grey, and black. There are many techniques for propaganda, including: assertion, bandwagon, card stacking, glittering generalities, lesser of two evils, name calling, pinpointing the enemy, plain folks, testimonials, and transfers. An example of this--In the Sovjet Union during the Civil War (1917-1921) trainwagons converted into cinema theatres were used to tour the vast country and persuade the inhabitants of all the benefits of bolsjevism. Cinema was a popular art form, it appealed particularly to the working classes, and in the countryside provided a new experience for the peasants. It represented the modernism that was an essential part of Bolshevik ideas.

Military propaganda comes in many flavors. One which the US is engaging in is a ban on the display of any coffins containing US soldiers. This is not allowed in US media currently. Another would be the parades that North Korea and the Third Reich were known for, public displays of military prowess. Others include censoring what types of information a government allows the media to report on during times of war.
The example you provided is not military propaganda, it's just some idiots that know how to post on youtube. Military propaganda really has to come from either the military, or the government controlling them.

The pentagon is currently demanding a chance to "rewrite" the audit of their performance by the GAO of their achievement of the goals in Iraq.
"Pentagon press secretary Geoff Morrell said Thursday that after reviewing a draft of the Government Accountability Office report — which has not yet been made public — policy officials "made some factual corrections" and "offered some suggestions on a few of the actual grades" assigned by the GAO."
They want to change their own performance audit!

I have no idea what your second paragraph is about.
Do you want US propaganda? The best stuff was in WWII. Bugs Bunny Nips the Nips was awesome. Popeye has a few. The Ducktators is great. Tons of others as well. Dr. Seuss also got his start doing racist propaganda cartoons, his stuff is neat.
Worldwide? The Hamas Mickey Mouse was great-he died though. The Rats movie put out by the Nazi's is exceptional.
What are you looking for exactly?

Remember when Bush went to the Persian Gulf and they unveiled the "mission: accomplished" banner on the ship he visited? Or when we were told Saddam had WMD's? Or when we were told that story about Saddam's soldiers killing newborn's in the hospitals of Kuwait back in 90? Or when Johnson told us the Vietnamese shot at our destroyer in the Gulf of Tonkin? All lies intended to influence the public's perception of a situation, thus they are by definition propaganda. Basically anytime you get your information from a government you're listening to propaganda, though it doesn't always involve the military
