Aloha,

I'm having another great day because i get to help yet one more individual.

Hello, I have your answer brother. The name of the product is synonymous for "thinking straight." I can't tell you that it cures, but it did cure me. I would tell you to consult a physician, however, i think we both know that you'll end up with an expensive prescription designed to "not heal you." That is done so that the pharm industry can have life long customers. Anyway, visit my site and you can get your hands on the product there. The ingredients include a cocktail of plants and herbs (whole food) mixed with just right amounts of each individual ingredient to produce a calming, mind sharpening, memory enhancing, etc... affect.

You also may try our supreme sea vegetation product that goes a very long way for folks overall well being; the product is 10 X's more potent than any land plant. There are about 12 strains of this particular vegetation available in our product. I couldn't ask for a stronger product.

Keep in mind, all these products are is just really, really good food. You don't have to worry about bad chemical, medicine reactions.

I would appreciate your referrals when you're convinced of the quality; even better, keep the money for yourself by partnering up with me.

Enjoy!

Reading is the thing that you should take for Depression. Start off with materials written by Kevin Trudeau and Dr. Mehmet Oz. They are very reliable resources for resolving your concerns. Try and leave formal medications off of your list. Those are already depressing enough. When all else has failed, try the alternative medicine way. You Will feel better very shortly. It is just a matter of getting the proper information. Stay away from people with sad stories as well. Your listening to them won't help you either. What shall we then say to these things? If God be for us, who can be against us? - Romans 8:31. The Lord daily loadeth us benefits, even the God of our salvation. Selah. - Psalm 68:19. Peace and God Bless.

It should be safe to try St. Johns Wort, exposure to natural sunlight, EFA oils. You could try meditation and listening to the kind of music you enjoy. If you enjoy aromatherapy, bergamot, lime ,lavendar, rosemary are all uplifting.

SAM e is a very good option. It is an all natural oil that is medically proven to help some people with depression. It is very safe, but also very expensive. You can find it at most pharmacies.
Pleases seek professional help if feeling like giving up.

Rhodiola Rosea has scientifically proven effects on depression, just like St. John's Wort.

Also, whatever method you use to ease your depression, try taking folic acid too. It has been clinically proven that folic acid taken with an anti-depressant (natural or man made) will enhance the effects of the anti-depressant.

Green Tea with Orange Juice (folate = folic acid) will help alleviate depression too.

Good luck

St. John's Wort claims to improve depression. However, one possible side effect is blurred vision. (I had a friend who suffered this side effect and it was really dangerous because she was driving.)

If you haven't been diagnosed with depression by a physician, I wouldn't taken anything because there are no long-term studies regarding herbal remedies.

Two natural ways to improve depression are:

1) Exercise
2) Being in the sun without sunscreen for about 20 minutes per day

Wow, I'm surprised valarian root worked for depression. Normally it's good for anxiety because it's a depressant. I recently started taking St. Johns Wort and Ginko Biloba one to two times a day. It really really helps. Now I wake up excited, ready to exercise and start my day. I'm less stressed and more cheerful but not crazy cheerful.

Flax seed oil capsules are said to help people feel less depressed, but I don't know that they are strong enough for serious depression. They are a natural form of vitamin B, I think. I've heard of people taking a 1000 milligram capsule per day.

This is not medical advice. I am not a medical professional.

I've simply heard others say this has worked for them.

St. John's Wort works well. However, you may want to see a doctor for a prescription for Lexapro, or similar medication.
