It may take a few days for her to drop all of the fry. She could easily have 10 more!

Yes she can have more. It's very possible that they were not all released at one time and could take a few more days for the entire load to be released. Like Eve said, just watch the overall size of her under section and as it begins to go back to normal, you could release her from any breeding container. Keep in mind that it's very possible she's already impregnated again and you will have more fry appearing in about another month.

If she had them already 2 days ago, the chances that she has more now is slim

They usually have their fry in a period of 2-4 hours stretched

if you refer to that she still has a gravid spot, that's absolutely normal, since they can have fry for up to 6 months without a male present, because they can store the sperm for that long

The gestation period for livebearers is 28 days

She certainly can have more babies. Watch her carefully, she may have more soon. Put lots of plants (live or plastic) in the tank in case she has them while you are away, that way her babies won't get eaten.
