attractive?
I tend to think that they just look like they got punched, and it really misses the look they were going for.
Take Meg Ryan or Melanie Griffith for example...they look awful now (to me).

Im a woman and i think those men who do find it attractive, dont know beauty when they see it, its not real and its something u can tell first glance, i think its nothing to awfull, and one should be natural and love the way they are, if a woman has to be fake to get a mans attention, then she has some serious low self asteme and no amount of redueing is going to change that, be real and love the skin ur born in. men really need to see the beauty that lies within, big lips is ok if it goes with the rest of ur face, and its natural, as off small lips, they are just as sexy, sexy to me is confindence in ones self.

No. It works only when it looks natural. Take good care of your lips, and only pump them up with if you think they look natural. It can be a complete turn off, however. My advice is to just take good care of your lips.

Unfortunately they often overdue it and it causes an unnatural look.
I would say the worst is Jenna Jameson who looks almost like a duck. It's funny but these people actually believe they look better.
I say go with what you have.

Well, I'm a man and I don't think ANY FAKE stuff on ANY woman looks appealing. It's fake so it doesn't work for me. I would much rather have the REAL thing rather than the fake stuff.

I'm a chick and I would NEVER do that, it's disgusting. I don't see how guys would find that attractive. It's low self esteem on the girls part.
