Tell him how you feel, and that you are ready to have sex. If he isn't ready you will either a.) have to respect his decision and wait, or b.) if you don't like it, respect his decision and find a new bf.
He may be afraid to bring it up. He may want to wait until he is engaged/married.
Just ask him, talk to him about it. He may want it too , but not want to make you feel pressured into doing it.
