IM just really curious... do you think after 4.5 billion years earth would be a deserted place? or Technology those days will help the earthly being to live for a longer time....??? and of course what will happen to the earth?

There earth will be engulfed by the sun and will burn up. Hopefully mankind decides soon to start exploring more into space so we do have a place to go when that time comes.

Well, even if the vaccuum was in this planet, the only thing is would do is more than likely just suck up rocks and meteors. Due to our planet not being as big as other things, meaning the g-forces wouldnt suck up anything HUGE. We dont emit heat also, so we would not be able to turn into a black hole.

On to the question. If the sun turns into a red giant, it wouldnt emit as much heat, meaning out planet and all the other planets will more than likely turn into ice planets. The sun would get large.

If it turned into a black hole, which is almost unlikely, it wouldnt be a very big black hole, due to our sun not being as big as some of the other things in the universe.((Our sun only being 12 solar masses)) The only way it could become a black hole would be if it was to collapse due to it not having enough fuel to support its own heat. Meaning it would have to turn into a red giant for over a million years, then turn into a white dwarf, or a black hole. Due to the size of our sun, it wouldnt do very much, but it would suck up our planet and the near by planets.

The sun will eventually become a huge star that will envelope the orbits of the inner planets and destroy them. If the sun became a black hole the gravitational strength would remain the same and the dead Earth would continue to orbit it.

The sun does not have the mass to turn into a black hole, and when it become a red giant the planet will burn along with all the terrestrial planets.

Well, the Sun will become a red giant, no question about it. Mercury, Venus, Earth, and likely Mars will be dragged into the sun, and roasted.

If we don't kill ourselves in the meantime, I think we have plenty of time to find a new place by then.

Our Sun is not big enough to become a black hole but never the less it will be The End. The sun will extend out beyond our orbit and sizzle us all up but don't fret we still have about 5,000,000,000 years yet before the climax.

before the sun dies, the earth's current orbit will be inside the sun's radius... i don't think technology will save the planet from that. so maybe just be glad you won't be around at the end of the sun's life in 4 billion years.

once our sun turns into a big red giant it will dry up all the water on earth and nothing will be able to live and also it will destroy the whole solar system there will be nothing left of our world or solar system .

well the heat will burn up all the closer planets wile the vapors from the explosion will vaporize the outer planets or so i read.
If it turns into a black hole all the planets will get sucked in,hopefully humanity will have decided to do some exploring by then
