If the checks were in one geographical area served by one court, you can call the clerk's office to see if there are any warrants outstanding. Or if you know a cop or probation officer, they can do it.

If you know who you issued the checks to, you can call the payees. If they were your checks, your bank may be able to tell you.

If the checks were not yours, and you involved several states or courts, you may never be able to find all of them.

You can also try getting your own copy of your CORI records. An application form is often available online at a state agency like the State Police, Attorney General or Secretary of State.

dont walk into a police station to inquire about a warrant! call

you can call a police station and ask - you can have a relative do it under the guise of "im worried about my so and so" - in some states you can look warrants up on the internet

The only way to know if you have a warrant is to walk into a police station and ask. It sucks, because if you do, they have you. There is no other way. I would go and get it all taken care of. Good luck!
