I have just had an email to say the answer to my question is HUNGRY
The reason was, so people cleared their attic of all material that may catch fire.

My Boris knows only too well about compulsory housecleaning in our little dwelling. He is such a hard worker but occasionally I catch him slacking. When I do, his braces get tightened for him I can tell you.
I don't know which country that is you are asking about ma'am. Sorry.

Probably Switzerland. Recycling is mandatory, you can't leave you car running at a stoplight because of the possible polution and everything is squeaky clean. I'm sure it a beautiful place to visit, but a little anal for me. peace

Don't know what its called, but I think you get to it down a yellow brick road, and its populated by a race of very short people known as Munchkins!

Well, I'm not sure Cassie.
But I do know in the USA, that happens every 4 years in the late fall.
We call them Presidential elections.

gud question,id make it compulsory here in the UK if i was a pm or president-with environmentally products i hasten to add tho im not as green as i shud be
