Like my branch is Bank of America, right? but the depository, what do I put for that?

Take the form to your bank and ask them. It's probably in those numbers at the bottom of your check -- the ones before your actual account number.

I've never seen those questions. It's usually asking for the routing number.

Look on your checks,

The first set of digits is the routing number

the second set of digits is your account number

the third set of numbers is you check number(in the upper right corner of the checks.

Ive never heard the term "depository" but im assuming that meand the name of the bank.
