My ex just passed passed away on June 8. We had been over for a year but we still talked every day and were going to get back together. Then he ODed on drugs and I still cant get over him passing. I still see him laying there, I still want to call him just to hear his voice. I need help!! I cry all the time and I'm scared of getting close to some one else of the thougth of them dieing. My father also passed away when I was 14 months old and I never got over that but now that my ex passed away its getting to me also. I mean me and him were together for almost three years. I need help so can some one please me understand how to get over him passing. I catch myself wanted to go back and get ****** up like I useto but I know he wouldnt want me to do that and also ive been clean for a year now i just need help.. it will mean alot to me if you guys help me

my dad passed this past april, he was 47, i was 18, it was the end of my senior year of high school (graduation, big dance recital....) it was awful but its been a real journey for me. you grieve in 7 stages (look up 7 stages of grieving), and in the end i made peace with the situation as something beyond my control. i had to take it as a lesson that every day is a gift and im sure your ex wants you to live everyday to its fullest because Life. Is. A. Gift. Good luck

you have severe depression please go see doc and get on meds and it will help i swear.
