Depends, any class can beat any other class on any given day.
But if the rogue can get the jump on the lock and keep him stun locked for the majority of the fight then I think the rogue has a good shot, but if the lock can get a fear off, it is game over, lock will win almost all the time as long as the rogue stays feared.

In this specific example, I'd say the Rouge.
But what level are the characters involved? That alters what is available for them to use, especially the Warlock, who gets new summons at high levels.
If the warlock was ready for PvP combat, with the succumbs out and ready, then it would be a different story.
But all things being equal, it entirely depends on timing. If the rouge times his stuns right...if the rouge interrupts fear...If the Warlock manages to get the right curse off at the right time...the succumbs charms the rouge...etc.
There is no "this will always be true" answer, because circumstances will always be different

Way too vague, we need more details to say who has the consistant edge. Undead rogues get a free fear break, human locks have even more enhanced stealth detection. Arena, Duel, or Battleground?
I suck at pvp but my rogue has both pwned and been pwned by warlocks.
I tip the advantage in general to rogues in the battlegrounds because it is usually chaotic enough that the lock won't see em coming.
I put it level in arena because there are fewer variables than in battlegrounds.
In dueling I have to say the edge goes to Warlocks because they know what to expect and can be ready.
Demonology locks are hampered slightly in comparison to an affliction lock who took instant howl of terror, since that gives the affliction lock 3 total fears with 2 being insta cast. Anything with a cast time is interruptable and a rogue has at least 4 ways to interrupt a caster.(Gouge, Kidney Punch, Kick and Blind)

Depends on the level. I play a 44 warlock (affliction) and rouges are one of the only classes that kill me (within my level range). But things seem to be evening up a little as the level gets higher.

Warlock would win definitley because they have really high stealth detection with their fel hunter. Without their stealth, rouges are usless unless in close quarters combat. But rouges have their cloak of shadows that help them resist spells.
