Recent visit to McDonald's. Prommptness, spped,rudeness, and color was an issue. What do you do when you are ingnored purposely. Felt like we were the wrong color. . Quality bad and no apology....fgood handles without gloves...ABSOLUTLY DISGUSTING>>>IS THIS A franchise??? west palm beach Florida....ashamed to take my child to a McDonalds.anymore....

Contact the home office of Mc Donalds. Contact the West Palm Beach Health Dept (food handling techniques).
The next time that you are treated well, write to the establishment and compliment them for a job well done.

I agree about reporting this to the manager. Perhaps the manager was out for the day. You really should call and complain. I worked fast food as a supervisor for 6 years and was never rude to a customer. Of course everyone has an occasional bad day but I never took it out on anyone else and none of my co-workers did either.
I know at the local Mcdonald's' here, there are bells that ding every 30 minutes and everyone has to stop what they are doing, wash their hands and return to their stations, on top of the usual times you would wash your hands.

Email their corporate offices and explain what happened during your visit. make sure you let them know what location and what shift (breakfast, lunch, dinner, overnight) so that they can evaluate that shift. I have known a few managers at McDonald's over the years and have known people who were fired because they failed secret evaluations that they will sometimes do in situations like this to find out who is responsible. You may also be reimbursed for your meal (if you had one after that, and still have the receipt).

I have the same problem here in L.A. I'll be standing in line, if the person in front of me is Mexican the cashiers (98% of the time Mexican) will speak both spanish and english to the person, laugh and laugh and laugh be really nice do their job to perfection. When I get up there, the cashier is very rude, I have to ask for my drink.

Write to McDonald's Corporate office with your complaint.
Maybe they were busy with other customers, maybe they were short-staffed, maybe they were very busy.
If you don't look for color as an issue, you won't find it!

dont go back there again. Its mcdonalds its not that big of a deal if you never go back..the food is gross anyway.
