I think its time to start wearing a bra! Yay! I've been wearing a training bra since 4th grade, I probably didn't need it, but I have no confidence at all :( and I still have the same sized boobs (32A, go little boobs) but with a little bit of a push up. The smallest they make is a AA which is smaller than an A obviously, so maybe you could try that. By the way, I'm in 8th grade currently too and I got my period for the first time about 3 months ago, so your not any later bloomer than me! Well I really hope this helps! Oh, and also, any older women who is not willing to help you when you ask them about wearing a bra, or even tampons/pads, are jerks. All women have gone through this at one point in their life, so they'll understand, remember that! Good luck!!

For the same reason some men have bigger penises than others! All humans are different and will manifest it in any number of ways including but not limited to the size of body parts!

genetics! Pure unadulterated genetics. Its in their genetic code from the time they are born. Of course, now a days there are also those that have been surgically altered. Pretty simple stuff. Boobs are like height... the family genetics decide.

It's called genetic make-up they don't decide how big they will be and there is not miracle grow for breasts.
