For a 8 or 10 team league you look good. If it's 12 or more you may be in trouble. You need to upgrade in QB's.

Actually, if it is a 12 team league you'd look better than 8 or 10 due to deluted available talent.
QB is a risk, Leinart could be great or not, Kita is a prove so-so
RB is weak, James only got something like 70 yards a game behind that o-line, westbrook, to me anyways, is a injury waiting to happen.
WR are solid, very solid
Defense, I like SD this year.
12 person league above average, 10 league below, I'd package Burress and Edgerrin, for a better RB, I think Porter will have a bounce back year this year.

You have two good quarterbacks so quarterback looks good. Running back looks good, but I'd use Norwood to either pick up another player or trade him because he'll be sharing carries with Warrick Dunn and that Atlanta offense doesn't look too great. Wide Receiver looks good also, but I'd use either Porter or Curtis as trade/pickup value just for the fact that you won't need five receivers because you have a solid three. Does your draft have tight ends, if so I'd pick up two of them at least. Kicker is ok, but kickers are such a gamble. I'd suggest getting another one to take a gamble on. Defense looks solid, but you might again want to have a backup just for a gamble on. The team looks great I think you can use Norwood, Porter and/or Curtis to make some trades and/or pickups and good luck.

I would try to trade a receiver and Edgerrin James for a better running back, like a Joseph Addai or Cedric Benson or Maurice Jones-Drew. I don't trust edge to do anything great. I wouldn't give up one of your good receivers, maybe porter, curtis or burress.
