No, they aren't leaking TOO much. That is normal, I had the same horror. Plus, whenever my husband and I tried to be intimate, they would leak more. This might help: get a VERY loose sports bra (or get a nighttime nursing bra -- Motherhood Maternity has a great one around $12-$15 USD), wear nursing pads at night (I use the ones by Lansinoh because they are as absorbent as baby diapers, small, thin and don't show through the bra). You aren't actually leaking milk by the way,...it is colostrum. Leaking so much now will NOT mean that you won't have any later. Your body is just making a lot of it now. It will get better with subsequent pregnancies. During my third pregnancy, I didn't leak at all.

I used to wake up with the front of shirt entirely soaked in milk and the bed was just as wet. I even had to put down a towel so that I didn't have to lay in a puddle! I started wearing bras and nursing pads to sleep and that solved the problem. Try it and see if works for you too. Good luck! Isn't pregnancy fun?? ;)

It is perfectly normal. The clear is colostrum, the white is actually milk. You'll notice that when baby get here that your breasts get fuller at night so leaking more at night is normal too. If you want to wear nursing pads I suggest washable, reusable wool or cotton(wool is more absorbent) rather than disposable. Disposable can sometimes cause chaffing. And your breasts are not a good place to have chaffing. Also don't wear them at night. Your breasts need to "breath" and this is a good time for them to do so.
