Well much to say about this question for it merely points out that you do expect the Yankees to be in the post season. No, A-Rod will not choke, he will not only be the AL MVP but the World Series MVP as well.
EDIT: Did I mention Georgie that you truly exemplify all that what the sport of baseball is about: competition, dedication, heart and strategy and not to mention: able to have fun while watching as well by poking fun at the team we love so well, more fans should be like you. I thank you for always championing me, you are the best!!!!!!!!!

He wont get a chance to choke this October.
EDIT:
Baseball nut: Just because Mags is leading in the batting title does not mean he's MVP. there are OTHER considerations.
it's Tigers fans like you that give the rest of us a bad name.
EDIT:
Katalex, you know how much I hate the yankees, but by golly, I have to give credit where it is due! (except to the white sux..they dont deserve anything!!!).

You are probably a 54 year old Red Sox fan still living with his or her mother.
Do YOU think he will choke in October?
Even if he does, his season is too good to be booed even if he does terrible in the postseason.
P.S. Im expecting a sweep today.

He has not been a clutch player throughout his career, but his late game stats this year are ridicoulous....as much as I hate to say it...i think he will continue with his strong year. I dont even think the yankees will be playing in October though so it wont matter

No. He has like 5 homeruns in the nith this year and all of them have given them the win. He will have a great postseason. He will come out and show all the reporters and say they slump in Oct. is over.

If they make the playoffs there is a good chance he will choke. New York just puts so much pressure on the guy you just can't blame him. If you look at his postseason stats from when he was on the M's they weren't bad at all. They were good.

Well, if we go back on history like Yankee fans always seem to do......
Then Yes, he will choke.
Edit: To Katalex......Magglio will get AL MVP. No question. Bring on the thumbs down Yankee fans, but Magglio is WAY more valuable to his team than A-Rod.
