I usuarlly recite the Bene Gesserit Littany:

I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
Only I will remain.

that and hold close my Weirding Module.

Stand up to it as I know that once I stand up to my fear, I can overcome it and not worry about it in future. Take a step forward than stay still and avoid the problem.

Scripture comes to my mind, "He that is in me is greater than he that is in the world," and I trust in God. Perfect love casts out fear, because fear has torment. God is perfect love.

There is another Scripture - "No weapon formed against me can prosper."

Jesus used "It is written" three times and a direct encounter with Satan is the most fearful thing man will ever face.

I step up to the plate and grasp it. The only way to overcome it is to stand up to it.

I confront it head on wearing a cup.
